The repair took around 1 to 2 weeks, as the device was not repaired at the service centre itself—it was sent to the company’s central facility. This delay can be frustrating, especially when the issue is minor.Also, while minor defects are generally covered under warranty without any cost, it's unclear whether the same applies to major issues. I have bought OnePlus z2 ANC bluetooth, it is still under warranty for 1 month, sometimes there is mic issue, they did not give any replies, the service is very useless, no one should go here, there is no benefit.

Employees do not have control over the phone that they talk & call customers at center & later deny service, I was called for a replacement of my ear bud that was lost, almost had travelled for 30+ kms & wasted nearly 3 hours & was told that it was employee did not hear query correctly. Before Visiting please double confirm your issue.

Worst service center. Staff is rude. The issue was to change battery they didnt had the one to replace and didnt informed earlier and opened the phone and later on said now it cannot be reassembled and have to wait for 6 7 days for the battery to come from the company.Also didn't offer any spare phone to use.When called to check the status they said more days are required.How can a person live in today's life without phone for so many days????
