Disappointing Experience with Realme &boat exclusive service Service Center.I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Realme &boat exclusive Service Center. My headphones, which were still under warranty, stopped working, and I took them to the service center for repair.Unfortunately, the service center failed to provide me with any meaningful assistance. They didn't even bother to explain the repair process or provide any guidance on what to expect. Instead, they simply took my headphones and sent me on my way.To make matters worse, when I returned to the service center to inquire about the status of my repair, they informed me that they had sent my headphones to a different location for repair and that it would take 10 days to investigate.I'm shocked and disappointed by the level of service I received from Realme and boat exclusive Service Center. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive timely and effective service. Instead, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of accountability.The fact that the service center seems to be shifting the blame and not taking responsibility for their actions is unacceptable. If they are unable to provide adequate service, then perhaps they should not be operating a service center.I would not recommend Realme &boat exclusive service to anyone based on my experience with their service center. The lack of respect for customers and the inability to provide effective service is appalling.I hope that Realme &boat exclusive service will take my feedback seriously and take steps to improve their service center. However, based on my experience, I would not hold out much hope.

Very poor experience. The staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all. I had to wait for hours just to get a basic update on my phone issue. They didn’t fix the problem properly and returned the phone without testing.Security arguing with us for parking.No clear communication, no proper timing, and zero customer care. I wouldn’t recommend this centre to anyone. Totally disappointed with the service!

They mostly don't have the stock. So they order it and take 5-7 days for the mobile repair. Also they charge heavily. One more drawback is the warranty is only for 1 month after repair. Repair work is fairly good though.
