Fui a reparar la pantalla de mi OnePlus. No tuve ningún problema, solo le quitaron la pantalla. Me la repararon y me cobraron 450 rupias. Después de repararla, revisé el móvil y vi que la tecla de subir y bajar el volumen no funcionaba. Les reclamé, pero me dijeron que era el fallo anterior y me pidieron más dinero para repararla. ¿Por qué iba a pagar más por la reparación de la tecla de volumen si funcionaba correctamente antes de ir al servicio técnico?Están engañando al cliente. Crean una nueva falla en tu dispositivo para cobrarte más. Pésimo servicio.

El servicio es excelente. Son muy pacientes y comprensivos. Dañé mis Nothing Ear 2 y quería un reemplazo. Me ayudaron, aunque ya no tenía garantía, pero tenía una extendida de un tercero.
