Worst experience of my life. Worst customer service and even worse staff.My earphones stopped working on one side and anc didn't function properly. So I went for a replacement issue. They said we won't issue it ,instead we will clean it up and give it back to you. This was my first visit2nd time visit-I was eager on recieveing a replacement unit but they didnt do anything and kept saying we will only clean it and give it back to you, I had to sit for freaking 4 damn hours.For the 3 rd time I sent my earphone through croma (my original place of purchase,I paid them 279 for the service. They again said they weren't able to get the replacement unit .The 4th time I was furious on them and called the oneplus higher authoties, explained my case and asked them for a solution. Still they refused But the higher authorities helped me get the replacement unit.Worst ever place, i feel like giving them 0 stars,wasted my time.the interval between my visits was 1 month.

Visited here for my flawed Fire Boltt watch, It was a nice experience they accepted my watch even though I don't have my watch box. But there is no banner for this service center. Which makes it difficult to locate this center.

Good service center.You'll have to wait for your turn as it's a crowd place.Network problem occurs here because I was unable to get otp send by this center.My complaint is under process.Let's see what happens. Edited:-Worst place for boat warranty service.She said me you fill form online.We are in loss with boat.They give replacement to the customers but dont take deteriorated product from us.Will you pay if we give you replacement.No office etiquette.Totally dissatisfied.I wish there would be option to give zero out of five starsI told her that my headphone not workingShe took it from me and pretend as listening.Then said your phone jack has problem.Headphone is working.Then I said how is it possible?All other headphones working.Ok if the headphone working then let me listen.I was repeatedly asking for trial.She hesitated and said not working nowIt's a little problem.We can't take it.You do it onlineThen I filled form but after submit it shows this service centre again...
