I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at Boat service center located at Karbala Road,Bank More, Dhanbad named as (Aarav Services Boat).When I approached the staff for assistance, I was met with uncooperative behavior and was simply told that “everything is online” and that I should submit my query there. If all services are meant to be handled online, it raises the question of why the physical service center is open at all.The lack of courtesy and unwillingness to help not only wasted my time but also reflected poorly on Boat brand’s customer service standards. I visited the center expecting guidance and support — not to be turned away without any meaningful help.

Very bad service staff are very rude and they have waited me almost 2 hours after they not except my warranty claim despite my device is only 4 months purchase very bad experience I have faced

I visited there for my infinix note 12 pro 5G ...it was screen problem and my phone was under warranty. They repaired my phone within 3-4days. Service was excellent. Staff behaviour was wonderful. Specially the behaviour of the head of that service centre was also very good and humble.I have visited many service centre like redmi, oppo, Vivo, Jio but none can compete them in terms of behaviour.
