Visited the Google Pixel service centre for a battery replacement on my Pixel 7a. I was very impressed with the service. Special thanks to Divya, who took great care of my request. Absolutely rubbish service centre!!!!If u take ur device to them they will send u back saying u shud get a site visit and get it repaired at the comfort of ur home, stating wrong charges and wrong information. When u will call the customer care they will tell u it will take much more fees to get it repaired on site n u shud go to their service centre! Absolutely ridiculous behaviour by Ms Taruna and Mr. Afzal EbrahimDon't bother going here for Asus!

Behaviour of front staff is very good however i feel the technicians may be over-worked as i gave my laptop for service/DOA Certificate on Monday and they called me on Wednesday Evening to ask for the password of my laptop as they had not taken it while taking my laptop. Overall the service was good and efficient, any documents required were sent on WhatsApp. However there were some delays which could have been avoided. i got back my laptop with DOA Certification on Saturday, so a total of 6 days were spent.Imp- They do not pick up calls given on job sheet and it may be an ASUS issue that my device's updates were not being mentioned on their "check status" website.

MSI service is very poor. The technician left my laptop in the middle of work. And he never comes back to assemble it. So i collect my laptop and its parts and go to the local repair shop. Even there is no way to drink water because the glass holder was empty.

Very bad service. Initially i was told asus laptop diagnose will be done within 3 hr and you can call for update. No one picks up call even fater 9- 10 call from my end for status update. After 7 hrs of waiting they did not even touched laptop for repair. Started and doen diagnosis in front of me and done within 6 minutes. That is even not done properly.

Fixed my problem at the best price. I own an Asus ROG Zephyrus Laptop and I couldn't play games as it gets heated very quickly and the game starts lagging so bad that you cannot do anything. I've had this problem for over a year and was worried about repairing it because I thought it would cost too much. But F1 Infosolutions quoted me a price of 1200 something to replace the GPU fan and GPU fan assy. I was like it's that cheap?? Now my laptop working like it's supposed to be. No lags✌️
