The service centre is conveniently located and easy to find. The staff at the reception was polite and quick to register my complaint. They explained the entire process clearly, including the estimated time for repair and warranty coverage.The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with proper seating arrangements. I appreciated that they kept customers updated about their turn and service status. My product was checked thoroughly by the technician, who seemed knowledgeable and professional. He identified the issue (a battery problem) and informed me that it would be fixed under warranty without any charges.The entire process, from submission to repair, took around 5 days, which I felt was reasonable given the workload they seemed to have. I received timely SMS notifications regarding the repair status, and when the product was ready for pickup, the process was smooth and efficient. The repaired Airdopes are working perfectly now, and I haven’t faced any issues since.However, there are a few areas for improvement. Firstly, the centre tends to get crowded during peak hours, so it would be better if they introduced an appointment system to manage the rush. Secondly, phone support could be improved — sometimes it’s hard to get through to them on call for quick updates.Overall, the Boat Service Centre in Surat delivers reliable and professional service with courteous staff and transparent communication. If you’re a Boat customer in Surat and facing issues with your product, this service centre is definitely trustworthy and efficient. With a few tweaks in customer handling during busy hours and better phone support, they can become even better.
