Worst service, they don’t answer to the calls, the phone works btw, but they still don’t answer it. Went to get a warranty claim for mh boat speakers, they said to contact customer support. Total waste of my travel time and expense.

Very disappointing experience.I visited this Asus service center (Lotus CompuTech, Janakpuri, 3rd Floor) for an issue related to my RAM, but the staff refused to even diagnose the laptop in front of me. They insisted I submit the laptop first and said they would return it after 5–7 days, without explaining what would be done or why a simple issue couldn’t be checked on the spot.When I requested a basic inspection in my presence for transparency, they flatly denied it. I found this quite suspicious, especially when handing over an expensive laptop.As a customer under warranty, I expected professional and transparent service — not vague procedures and poor communication. I hope Asus looks into the quality of service being offered here. I wouldn’t recommend this center unless they improve their customer handling.

I had a asus laptop which was dead I went here they tell me that motherboard was dead and they tell me to charge 30k till here it's ok..I didn't repair my laptop I tell them to pack it.After 6,7 Months I bought new laptop than I thought I should upgrade my new laptop ram and storage then I opened the old asus laptop in which I see there is only 4 gb ram but when I bought the asus laptop it has 8 gb ramAnd from purchasing to end of my asus laptop opened only one time at this service centre onlythey are totally doing fraud

Very bad service centre, misbehaving staff and owner, they take extra charges forcefully and which works or service not given by them. Don't go there for service and other work,they will not give back your laptop without taking false charges from you, Be care full to avoid fraud

Staff behavior was very good. My work is done quickly but don't forget to take softcopy. In 7-15 days my airdopes 141 will change and come back to my house.
