Such a terrible experience at this service centre.The staff have no basic sense of how to speak to customers. The person at counter 2, named Tuba Khan, was extremely rude. Without even properly checking my phone, she claimed the software was damaged and said it would need to be replaced—just based on the sound it made. I asked her multiple times if she was sure, and she confidently said she was 100% certain. However, when I insisted she check the device and show me the report, it clearly stated that the specific part was absolutely fine. My advice would be not to go to this service center, Nehru place is much better.

ZERO STAR. If you want to get your product repaired or replaced, please don't go to this service center. They have a pathetic staff who doesn't care who is coming and has been rude all the time.They attended me with utmost negligence and then discarded the warranty of my product.As if that was not enough, I got a mail from their end that my token number has been expired and they have not attended any customer of my name.

The service centre is more of a government office. There's a long line before your name is called out. No different counters for different brands either, and you wouldn't know they repair Noise and Boat brand wearables here unless you ask someone. Parking is always unavailable for 4 wheelers, but you may park your bikes and scooters. There's only one attendant at the reception who keeps calling people one by one based on their token number sequence. Giving 3 stars because there are seats and drinking water, so waiting isn't that much of a pain. Still, there's ample room for improvement.

Amazing and excellent service! My Asus VivoBook 15 (Intel i3, 12th Gen) had several issues—blank screen, blue screen, unresponsive cursor, and windows randomly opening and closing. I contacted the Asus Service Centre, and they were incredibly helpful. I visited their Lajpat Nagar center, where the staff was friendly and professional. Within just two days, they diagnosed an SSD issue, replaced it under warranty, and didn’t charge me anything. It has been about a month now, and my laptop is working perfectly! Huge Thanks to Asus and the F1 Service Centre at Lajpat Nagar loved it

Worst service centre I've even seen in my life.Went there because i had a problem in my nothing phone 2 battery it doesn't last for more than 4 hours. They didn't even checked it and said it's fine. I asked them to check or just change the battery and I'll pay money. They starting talking in very bad way.They don't have manners how to talk to their customers. A girl and a boy talked to me in very bad way. Will not visit next time.Later they said that they don't have nothing phone 2 battery. So why they just keep arguing to me why they didn't told this before?I will try to complain in many other place about them coz i feel so bad for me.Do not visit and do not go for the reviews because they are all paid and fake reviews.Will complaint about this service centre to nothing through email and many other places

I took my asus rog 5 mobile as wifi was not turning on. On my way back they told me that motherboard replacement is required for this and the quotation they shared was Ra 53000 approx. Orignal purchase cost of the mobile was Rs 50000. They are fleecing people with such helfty amount.Ultimately I collected my mobile from them without any repair and they took Rs 250 as diagonastic charge without even opening the mobile.

They dont have a proper communication system. No contact detail works. I've submitted my laptop on Saturday and I haven't received any updates regarding the progress of the repair yet and noone receives the calls on the their end. Its frustrating and I request if a smooth flow of communication can be established.
