Had the worse experience, the staff at the reception was so unprofessional and disrespectful. The lady kept using her phone while keeping the customer waiting in the queue. Query’s put forward weren’t redressed properly because the staff was so under qualified that they had no idea about even the basic things and on top of that they were rude to another extent .

They should solve the problems of the customers, they do not treat them properly, my airpods are not even 1 month old, I did not apply for replacement, there is no colour name in the bill, the serial number is not matching etc, they say like this, complain yourself, if you want to do it yourself then why are you sitting here, very bad boat service centre

I was having charging problem in my phone, so I went to Chandigarh F1 service center chd 22A. But the phone is under warranty for 3 months and they were asking for money to change the charging pin. Because they said that we don't accept Amazon's bill.So now I should show my Nothing phone to the service center,f1 service center please tell me the solution and services is not good.Only time waste.So what is my fault in this.

Irritated staff when I popped up @ their opening time. Got suggested by the staff to wait as the receptionist usually arrives 30 mins after listed opening hours. Wish they had better customer support training.

Had a fantastic experience at F1 Info Solution'sI went there for the replacement of Boat Airdopes at service center. The staff was highly skilled and swiftly addressed my concerns. The service was top-notch, surpassing my expectations. Conveniently located, making it easy to access and the service is very fast I appreciate their professionalism and expertise. Worst experience dealing with the apple service centre. They don't even talk properly about the matter about the iphone' problem and always give excuses. And not guiding properly for the solution.Just updated my Iphone 13 to iOs 16.7 and suddenly after a few hours the screen turned up to green without any physical damage and now they are claiming for a new display change that cost about Rs. 28,000.The apple need to fix this problem soon.

Experience was very good. Went to google pixel service center.

Help with warranty papers – bring your boAt bill and product, and the staff will check if you can get a free repair or a new piece as per the warranty.
