Worst experience. This official service centre of RealMe is a fraud. No original resources, no certified technicians. A replica of a service centre under the label of official. They damaged the entire back panel and told me, "itna damage tou hota hi hai". The staff behaves like we owe them anything, no compensation or regret, and quote charges like anything.

Worst service centre, I have ever seen.To replace a wireless earbuds you have to submit it and wait for 1 week which is unacceptable.Don't waste your time by visiting there.

Not helpful. Staff is totally non cooperative. Not looking forward to empathise with customer issues. I have seen for the first time one service centre is suggesting to go to another service centre as they don't know how to resolve the issue.
