NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! I wish, there was an option to give a -5 rating. They do not value their customers & behave as if they are doing some favour to their customers. While depositing your power bank for repairs within warranty, you would be asked to give a photocopy of the invoice, which is not mentioned anywhere on Ambrane's website or by the customer care. You're made to go & get a photocopy done, even though they have a scanner & printer in their shop. After depositing the powerbank, I was asked to call them back after 25 days and collect the repaired power bank, if ready. When I called 7 times on day 42, no one answered the call. I saw this happening even when I visited the shop... The phone was ringing next to the ear of the person sitting there & still it wasn't picked up. Today (on 27th August), on day 42, when I went to the shop to check the status of my complaint, I was told that the power bank was still with Ambrane & that I had to call up Ambrane to check the status. When I was furious at the person, he asked me to wait till the owner turned up. Meanwhile, I called up Ambrane & I was told that the power bank was delivered at the shop on 22nd August. When I made the owner talk to Ambrane customer care, he started searching for my power bank and gave it to me. I'm sure, if I had not been stubborn, I would have been asked to come back after few days. The worst service & worst people!

Worst service center. Poor workmanship. Do not visit.My phone's touch-screen cracked sometime back. I took it to this service center for repair. After the initial repair, the screen was replaced by them but the new touch screen had a crack and also air bubbles inside. Also, the inner body had melted below the battery, possibly due to improper use of heat while replacing.So, I had to visit their service center again after a couple of days, and I made them replace the touchscreen again! Now, within a few days, i could see dust entering between the touchscreen and the glass of the phone. Also, now the Menu Back button has stopped working!This is the worst service center ever. Please do not visit or buy a Gionee phone as their service is the worst in the world.

Building with lots of shops. For sometime you’ll feel like you are in a maze.Went to claim ambrane warranty told me to wait for 7 days until they stock-up.Wont recommend this place for any services.

First of all, hard to find the store. No navigation provided inside the complex.The service agent was not able to communicate/explain properly.No communication received when my product arrived after repair. I had to call them every time to get the status.Only plus point - my product got repaired finally.
