I was Here for The Replacement of my Damaged Boat Wireless Earphones, Mr. Kumar Took the bill as it was under warranty. Hence It was replaced Quickly and my Earphone was replaced with in just 10 minutes .. Overall experience Regarding Earphones Replacement was Good.

It is located in 1st floor of Haware fantasia business park besides Inorbit mall. 5 minutes walking distance from Vashi Railway Station. Difficult to find as it was not having any hoardings or signboards at service center. It opens at 10:30 AM till 6:00 PM. They provides service to multiple brands ie. Boat, Intex, Lava, Realme, Panasonic. I visited for my Boat earphones replacement and they approved my replacement within few minutes after taking Invoice. Waiting time was approx 15 minutes. Overall good service center.

It's very costly. I don't refer also they are not authorised service center for any of the brand. Eg for realme I search on Google and shown their name but actually realme authorised service center is on Second Floor.

For Noise: (Om Sai Telecom)No NOISE BOX no replacement. Even though if you have PURCHASING BILL, the PRODUCT in WARRANTY, etc you won't get a replacement if you dont have NOISE BOX in which the product came. Bill isn't important - Box is more important! I think this isn't even company policy but is this SERVICE CENTRE'S PROBLEM.(Update: My online pickup was done by DELHIVERY personnel WITHOUT THE NOISE BOX! (who took the watch given in cardboard box as suggested by NOISE CUSTOMER SERVICE during my second complaint) and wasn't done by BLUEKART personnel in which he insisted for the same NOISE BOX even though NOISE CUSTOMER CARE has suggested otherwise. (for the first time I raised a complaint).For Boat (Shraddha Telecom)The process was completed faster than I thought by the service centre lady. IMP: Bring 1 Xerox copy of purchasing bill and with the NAME of PRODUCT in the bill. (in exceptional case when you might have exchanged the product from a local store and you have the bill of earlier product. Fair enough no complaints) Bring the Boat product they won't ask for the BOX. Only bill and product will do. Just in case do bring it but mostly it wont be required.
