Poor Product Quality and Unhelpful SupportI purchased the Realme 14 Pro from Croma on the 26th, and the fingerprint sensor has a major defect — it turns the screen completely black when trying to unlock. I have to lock the phone again and use my PIN to access it.I showed video proof to the Realme service center, but instead of replacing the phone (which is still within the replacement window), they told me to wait and update the software. They also said after the 4th, they can only service it — not replace — and they have no authority to do otherwise.This is incredibly frustrating. A brand-new phone with issues should be replaced, not patched with temporary fixes. Totally disappointed with both the product and Realme’s customer service.Avoid Realme if you want peace of mind.

Service was done, but the staff was very unfair and unfamiliar with the pricing. The Service Charge was more than the cost of the spare part itself. To elaborate the issue, I have visited this place to replace the sub-board of my Realme 9 pro plus 5g, and they quoted me the price as Sub-board - Rs.399 and service Charge - Rs.450 which in total is Rs.850/-, but at the time of the delivery surprisingly they charged me Rs.913/- and told me that they had replaced the battery cover paper without prior permission or information. When questioned they answered very negligently. I would suggest if your device is out of warranty better get the repairs done in local repair shops.

Worst experience. Mobile just got switched off abruptly so I approached them for service. They dismantled mobile and initially they told some charging board issue and it would take 5-6 days for the part to receive and rectify mobile. After, submitting phone in next half hour they called and said that there is some other issue and they can't fix better to get it fixed outside and return the phone with even fixing the battery correctly. This is worst expression from a big brand like realme. Not suggest to visit this store.. there are many unsatisfied customers returning from the store when i was in th store.. worst experience....

I visited recently. It's near the only metro station Kukatpally, here all the staff are good but the problem is they don't know Hindi. It creates such a minor problem but okay.But they are taking too much time to repair the mobile. Here no parts are available they are importing from the hub. And taking almost 5-8 days.Here I faced one problem before giving my phone my battery was in good condition but when I took from the Realme care now it's draining lot. 22/03/2025. I'm quite not impressed. With the service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this mobile service center. The customer service was extremely poor—staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.
