Official Motorola and Lenovo Service center, went here for green line display issue, got it repaired but the quality of repairing isn't great, I mean there was some back panel pulping near my phones back camera, I told them about it they like, it's nothing maybe they didn't put gum here that's why it's like that. I told them to get it done, they be like its nothing and won't do anything.

The staff's unprofessional behaviour of Moto service centre was appalling and left a sour taste.I was met with a dismissive attitude by the staff. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concern and they were more focused on getting rid of me (specially the female staff).The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff is a clear indication of poor training and management. I Would advise other to ovoid this service centre.

I had issues with my fingerprint sensor of my motorala phone. They fixed it within two days. And it is working fine now. Staff's were very responsive. And got my phone repaired with no cost as it was under warranty period.

Very bad experience. Last year I visited them for replacement of my Realme X7 max back panel. They didn't have available the part that time and asked me to order the item and come next week. I did that and replaced my back panel. They charge extra 600+ for service. But after 2-3 weeks my back panel's glue damaged and it opened........Now after 1 year i again visit them to replace my damaged power button. They asked me to submit my device and informed me that it will be okay after 1 hour. When i come back to them after 1 hour they told me to wait for another half an hour and after that they told me that power button's damaged part is not available. But they informed me that it will be okay if i change whole power button set. And it it will charge around 1400+. For the replacement 800+ and 600+ for service.Very bad experience indeed.
