They diagnosed my laptop with false claims . My laptop was not turning on , when I gave it to them , they say it's Sub Board and Keyboard is not working and has to be replaced for around 12k total and they took 800 rs as consultant fee or something. I didn't had the money to do the repairs so I just didn't do it . After 3 days I was messing around with the laptop (pressing the reset and the power button for a while) it actually started working and it's now it has a completely fine keyboard and has no more issues now . They just tried to scam me of 14k saying it has a different bord cause it's bought from Dubai . Absolut BS
