One of the fraud service centre of DIZO.I recently had a terrible experience with the DIZO Smart Watch Service Center, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Despite my watch being within the warranty period and having a charging issue, the service center not only kept my watch for over a week but also informed me that they would not be able to replace it. Moreover, they seemed eager to return the watch to me once the warranty period expired, without providing any resolution to the problem.First and foremost, the fact that my smart watch was in the warranty period should have guaranteed a swift and efficient service. However, I was extremely frustrated when the service center held onto my watch for an extended period without a valid reason. It is unacceptable for a service center to keep a customer's device for such a long duration, especially when it is their responsibility to rectify any issues within a reasonable time frame.Furthermore, the charging issue I faced with my smart watch was a significant inconvenience, as it rendered the device practically useless. I expected the service center to address this problem promptly and effectively, given that it fell under the warranty coverage. However, their refusal to replace the watch demonstrates a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and an indifference to honoring warranty agreements.The most distressing aspect of my experience was the service center's apparent eagerness to return my watch once the warranty period expired, without making any effort to resolve the issue. This approach is not only unprofessional but also reflects a complete disregard for customer loyalty and satisfaction. As a customer, I expected the service center to stand by their product and provide a satisfactory solution within the stipulated warranty period.Overall, my experience at the DIZO Smart Watch Service Center was highly disappointing. The extended waiting time, refusal to replace the watch despite it being under warranty, and the indifference shown towards customer satisfaction were all major letdowns. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider these factors before choosing DIZO as their smart watch provider, as the service center's lack of commitment to resolving issues is a major red flag

It is One of the worst service centre I've ever seen in my life.The Authorised person is totally an idiot.He just took my fire-bollt smartwatch for replacement and asked to visit after 7-10 days after informed by text or phone.but ithas been more 25 days he didn't text or call me .when I revisit the service centre then that person asked me to inform to the customer care or to visit kolkata main service centre....it was one of the worst experience of mine ...I think everyone should report to the fire bollt customer care about this 3rd party service centre so that they withdraw their service policy from this particular centre and change their service provider...

This service center is pathetic and I will advice everyone not to visit it for any service. The person incharge is so unprofessional and moody, he dont have any work ethics, 90% of the time the service center is closed only it depends on his mood. If u give ur product here for repair that u bought with ur hard earned money then forget about repair, it might be the case that u will recieve the product in worse condition. He takes the product to his home and uses it and tells u false dates of delivery. Half of the time he don't pickup the calls. I have to call him continuously for 1 week for my product but then to I didn't get my product. He don't value customers time at all. He don't understand that people come from far away places to repair their products. I want to give minus rating but unfortunately 1 star is minimum.

Shop is on top and is not easily visible in the street. Remains closed most of the day including Sunday and other national holidays. Mostly the shop is irregular in its working hours. Opens after 12:30 and closes around 6:30 if opened. Working hours are also not fixed and depends on the mood of the shop owner which is really troublesome for customers.

Shop opening time is a issue.But services is good no complaint.If you go there then, first you call him and ask the time.
