This place redefines the concept of waiting. If you think you know what “slow” means, trust me, you don’t—until you’ve experienced their service. Worst service. They said 10 mins but took 2 hours to complete it. Worst behaviour. Very rude talking. My personal suggestion is please don't go there. Not attending calls. No proper response.

This place redefines the concept of waiting. If you think you know what “slow” means, trust me, you don’t—until you’ve experienced their service. They promised my repair would take “just an hour.” Fast forward a lifetime, and I’m now considering leaving my entire estate to my future generations so they can continue waiting on my behalf.At this point, I’d have a better chance of fixing my phone by whispering positive affirmations to it every morning. In fact, if my device breaks again, I will personally enroll in an engineering degree, build my own phone factory, and start a tech empire—because that would still be faster than dealing with these guys.If you value your time, your sanity, and your basic will to live, run. Run far, far away, and never look back.

Worst of the worst service centre. For the whole boat service, there is only one service centre in Chennai. They have working timings only till 10 to 12 pm which is not workable for working professionals. They won't pick up the phone also to get info. The staffs there are rude to the core. No basic manners to the customers. Dont ever go to the place. Worst experience.

Worst customer service. Green line issue in honor mobile and under warranty. Took almost 2 hours to took up the service request and informed they will call us once the phone is ready. But during mobile pickup they informed that only the spare has arrived and not yet fitted. Asked to wait for 3 hours to fix the display and when checked this is the norm. Not sure why they are collecting the mobile and informing the customer without even completing the work. Waste of time and these people don't care abour customer service.
