This place is Shady and not welcoming. Even after producing the receipt the centre is refusing to provide the warranty initially and then they said the replacement process will take more than 10 days.

Guys dont go to this service center its Completly Fraud and No staff present most likely all are enjoying will go with a legal case and consumer case as they are not providing the service while i am still underwarranty .

Very bad experience as i gave my product which was Crossbeats CB slide and was under warranty, they did not respond thereafter and didn't even tell me what happened to my product. Its more than 3 months, I havent received any update on my product. Its reckless behaviour.
