I am promoter of oppo.. Visited oppo service center today with 2 handsets.. As usual service received within 1 hour.. Not only that after repair the handset they give me a drink also and told me today this is the service day of oppo and today service charge is free.. Really good to see that they are promoting their brand in such level.i am happy that i am selling oppo and customer and we are receiving this kind of service and activities from oppo team.

Today I visited at oppo service center at nearly 10:30 AM.. i faced a problem that my phone's finger print is not working since morning.. when I visited at the service center they checked the my temperature of my body and give sanitizer in my hand.. and then let me to enter.. service center is well maintained hygienic and staffs behaviours are very impressive.. they are very polite and humble. And the best part i got my service within 25-30 minutes. Thank you oppo for providing us a great service and experience..5 stars for you.

Today I visited at Raiganj service center with a problem of very low sound coming from my upper side speaker from where the voice came.. at visiting time at first they check my thermal tempature and gently give me sanitizer in my hand(really good safety precautions) and tell me to wait for 15 minutes.. after 15 minutes they give back my phone and ask me to check.. and I checked the problem was gone.i ask them about the cost of the speaker but they told me it's cause of dust and I didnt have to change speaker.. really a great experience today.. thank you oppo for this kind of service we getting from you..

Today visited at oppo service center Raiganj for software .. Very good service.. Given sanitizer before entry and temperature check. One customer at a time. Staffs are very good. Wearing hair whip, mask,gloves is a very good thing.. They are maintaining very good and safe and giving us service within 30-45 minutes.Thank you oppo for giving us such a good service.. Very satisfied..
