OPPO Service Center in Katju Nagar (Kolkata)

On the first day I went to this horrible place as my phone was goin off n on and I asked them if this is an oppo service center. They told me it is. However, on that trust I gave my phone for repair. They told me it was a software issue and the volume buttons has to be changed.i asked them what's the cost in total they said 1900/-. I told them go ahead n have it repaired please. They told me it will take 3 hrs. I waited for 1.5 hrs and asked them how long will it take. He told me maybe another 2.5 hrs. Then this man came and told me that there is another issue found which is the battery issue. I asked him what is the cost in total even when changing the battery. He said 3000/-. I said go on fix the problem n call me. I left for some work. I got a call from one girl and she told me that my mobile is ready to come n collect it. I went and collected it. By the night time my phone has the same issue and I went bk after 2 days and I told them the problem still persists. They said they can't do anything about it because the lcd is spoilt and i hv to spend 4000/- with no discounts. I got very upset and told them when i came the first day with this issue why they din tell me it was an lcd problem. They took 3000/- for no resolution. Now they are tellin lies saying I never gave them time to fix my phone on the first day and I din give them a chance to tell me the discounts to fix the lcd. What liessss. How can they run a company like this telling customers lies ..charging them of high rates and then there isn't any resolution nor a refund. I'm not asking for a refund but they have mislead me. I wouldnt have spend so much and rather bought a new phone. I had a bad experience with this place. They should have solved my problems when I went there the second time without asking me for extra charges for the new lcd issue. This was a harassment for going there and yet my issue isn't solved, my tym and money has been wasted. I have been mislead by Google for showing me the direction that this is an oppo service center. Accordingly to my bad experience I would never recommend to go there to waste they time and money.

Their behavior was very good, they let me play music on the TV, and the work was good, I wouldn't say it was very fast, but they finished my work in two and a half hours.

This is a very good service center and here and the service people like the whole family and here my devices are also fine, so I am happy to come here.
