Today, I visited the Oppo Service Centre in Civil Lines, Prayagraj, for charging issues, a faulty power button, and battery drainage on my Oppo Reno 6 - 5G. Abhishek Kumar Sonkar, the representative, attentively listened to my concerns and resolved everything within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised when he also gave me a complimentary phone cover and screen protector.To my astonishment, despite my phone being out of warranty, I wasn’t charged for any of the services. Abhishek explained that it was in line with company policies. This level of customer care was truly remarkable, and I highly recommend the centre.

Thank you oppo. I visited prayagraj oppo service center and my phone was showing lines on the display, I visited there and told them my problem and they approached me in such a practical way and said don't worry at all, we will fix it for you in some time and then they offered me water, after some time the phone was repaired within 40-50 minutes, to tell you the truth I was very surprised that it was done in just 1 hour. I got the service and what was more surprising was that they told me that there is no charge for it. They replaced the display of my phone free of cost and also gave me a free cell phone cover. Thank you so much to the team, the staff manager and service engineer there are very supportive.
