I am highly disappointed with the service provided by Oppo. Staff - LalitaWhen my phone's screen needed replacement, I was assured by the staff that it could be done under warranty, pending backend approval. After waiting for the screen to become available, I was called in for the replacement, only to be told that the warranty no longer covered it.Once my phone was taken for replacement, the bill was asked and then suddenly I was told that it's not under warrantyThis misleading promise and lack of accountability have caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. In the middle of my office, I came to the service centre for replacement leaving my office mid day.Do Not harrass people!!I expect better from a brand like Oppo.
