My experience is worse. I want to change screen of my Oppo reno mobile. 3 green line appeared while software update. Iam trying to change the screen since last June 2024. After one month of visit on July 11, they written my number in there register and told me, they will contact me. Today 2 month passed I am waiting....

Extremely bad experience with this service center. My mobile had water damage and I went there to repair. But somehow I found that they are charging way more than the Norma price. Then I asked to return my mobile, at first they refused to give unless I repaired it by themselves. I forced again and after that I got my mobile. Later I went to a local machanic and when he checked,he found that motherboard was broken and it was a physical damage. As my mobile had water damage, there is no change of physical damage. What I understood that the personal whom I refused to repaired he knowingly damaged my phone as he was not paid a single rupee for opening and checking my phone. Water never can break the motherboard.
