Very poor technician poor knowledge about the device. Very rash people. Don't have manners to speak with the customer. I really don't like the service center. No iteams are available for each item you need to wait for 10-15 days even after they ill not inform that item availability. I went for cable and adapter the way the recipients respond is very rash. They note the my contact information and told me that they are going to inform when the stock is available but still now i didn't get any update. These thing was happened at 5months ago.I really want OPPO SMARTPHONE need to take action on this things.

Poor response,I have kept my Request for OPPO A53 adapter and cable last 6 months back ,always saying that we will inform you soon ,,but no information at all received.....waste service
