Worst Experience at OPPO Service Center, Gandhipuram, CoimbatoreMentioned 1 star because there is no 0 starI visited the OPPO Service Center in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore just to buy a charger. When I arrived, there were about 5 or 6 people ahead of me. I was told to wait, which I did patiently. While i approached once again, One staff member said someone else would assist me, but no one answered.Eventually, all the people who came before me were attended to and left. Even after that, new customers who came in after me were being helped, while I was still sitting there ignored. I waited for 50 minutes without any proper response or help. No one even acknowledged the delay or showed basic courtesy.Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. I walked out without the charger. I will never return to this service center again.

One of the worst service center i have seen ever sucha worst customer support and worst mobile service do not buy oppo mobile i have purchased new oppo a3 pro i have faced update issues in my mobile so i contact this authorised waste fellow service center i gave the mobile for software update issues they said we need analyse your mobile and then we will call you they said after 5 days they are saying your mobile mother board issues it may cost at 9500 rupees. I gave the mobile for software update . Worst worst service center

Worst service I have ever seen.. Staffs are not easily approachable.. They trying to skip from their work.. Service person not showing interest to check the fault in my phone. Instead trying to convince me to replace the spares.. Worst and very cheapest service.. Waste of time.. Not worth for single ⭐.. Oppo team should look into this.
