The replacement battery, claimed to be an original OPPO part, was handed over to my uncle with no warranty or adequate explanation. Unfortunately, once installed, the battery did not function properly.When we sent it back for further inspection, the experience worsened. I have called over 20 times in the past 3 days, but the staff have repeatedly dodged my calls or given vague and unhelpful excuses. The manager, instead of addressing my concern, claimed he was too busy to respond and failed to provide any resolution or clarity.Additionally, no one educated us on critical handling information—such as the need to use the battery within a specific timeframe to avoid the booster deactivating. As a consumer, it is unreasonable to expect technical knowledge without being informed by the service team.This entire episode reflects poor customer service, lack of accountability, and a serious gap in communication and professionalism. Went here to repair my phone as it's touch was not working and guy in the store did the diagnostics and found it was just lagging problem and charged nothing to me. Helpful staff. One should buy oppo product from this as products are original.

This is not authorised service centre, they tell us oppo service centre but there was a third party mobile service centre......don't go there.....they get product from rich street through delivery apps and fix it to your mobile....very worst customer support... they'll get more money and product quality also very worst.

I have visited to Service Centre on Friday with display issue they said it will take time to repair but I was surprised they gave me Monday itself mobile was looking like new thanks to Service centre. They resolved my issue beyond expectations very good and supportive towards customer very fast and excellent service. Thanks to oppo Service Centre in Chennai. If wanted to know real meaning of service support for Oppo mobile Service.This store have best staff to deal with and proper guidance.thanks oppo team.

I am writing this review after 1 week of using my oppo F11pro after service. There was a issue in the battery and it is drained soon. I have asked few service centre but the cost is high. At last, I found the Oppo service in Vadapalani, I explained about the problem he calmly listened it and he fixed my mobile battery problem and cost also reasonable only. Now, the battery is not draining that much fast.I had a damaged power button on my Oppo F11pro, but it was repaired within an hour and I am very satisfied with the service. The charges were also very reasonable.
