I recently visited this mobile service center to purchase an adapter. While the product works fine so far, I was disappointed with the service. The staff handed me the adapter without any cover or packaging material—not even a basic protective wrap. For a tech product, especially one with electronic components, proper packaging is expected for safety and professionalism.This lack of attention to detail made the experience feel careless. I hope they improve their service standards and start providing proper packaging to ensure customer satisfaction and product safety.

Disgusting Service – Worst Ever!Totally useless service center! My phone is just one month old and still under warranty, but the staff — especially one lady named Nandhini — behaved in a disgusting and arrogant manner. She had no intention of helping and was only interested in avoiding warranty claims and forcing customers to pay. Clearly trying to cheat people. No service mind at all — cheap attitude and zero professionalism. OPPO should be ashamed of such staff. Never trusting their service again!
