Very poor service, i visited for repair my phone which is in warranty and having issue of vibration, the service centre staff told me that you have to take backup as we need to install new software and this is mandatory without backing up we could not help you. My phone has a backup of more than 100 GB which is not possible to take backup for a non technical person. And also I don't understand why thay are asking for backup when my phone have a hardware issue, Oppo team needs to take this issue with leadership team and should provide the solution.

Dear oppo IndiaService centre They do fraud work with the customers in the service center. I went to the service center. There was a green line inside the Reno 5 Pro end set, then I was told the amount of 14800.My handset was not liquid damaged or damaged in any way After talking to customer care toll free, I came to know that your handset will be repaired free of cost in warranty.Such employees should be suspended and some managers also support them. I will post on social media LinkedIn Twitter I have some recordings and photo proof.Action should be taken against such people as soon as possible. The entire staff is friendly, I thank the toll free person, he told me this policy, the staff knew the policy, yet they did not guide the customer.I need a Reno 5 Pro handset replacement. I don't want a repaired handset After the repair, there was a motherboard problem within 2 months and the handset got switched off. Who would be responsible for that?No need to repair handset with Reno5Pro LCD.Even after opening the handset, many types of problems arise.I consider Oppo's handset to be of good quality, I like Oppo's handset, still I want to replace the handset.#oppo
