OPPO Service Center in Alwar

I have been to various service centres of various brands. But i got the best service here in Alwar Oppo Care.I dropped my phone on floor from table. The screen didn't cracked but it was having pixel bleeding and was unresponsive to touch input.I called the service center on their phone number .They listened patiently about my problem and provided me what could be done and explained the costs beforehand because my phone was out of warranty to make me decide if I really want to move forward with the repair.Anyways i decided to visit there and got my phone fixed. The reception staff and ambience is so positive and friendly.After inspecting my phone in front of me, the technician suggested a display change.1. He carefully disassembled the phone in front of me and installed a new Amoled penal. It was good and satisfactory to watch my phone getting fixed in front of my eyes. I enjoyed every second of this. (I watch videos of 'JerryRigEverything' videos on youtube. It was better experience than watching those videos tbh.2. After fixing the display the technician thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the curves and grooves of the phone for free.3. I requested him to deep clean the charging and 3.5 mm headphone jack too as it was having problems due to lint and wax lodging there. He did that too, politely and carefully4. The technician jokingly asked me about why i dont use case on phone. I told him using the case conceals the beauty of the phone. To which he gave me a free TPU transparent case free of cost.To sum it up all,I had the best service experience of my life.And the new Amoled screen is performing perfectly since it was changed 10 October 2024.

I visited OPPO Service Center, Alwar for my handset issue, I Entered and saw line of customers seating in waiting area, There was an attendant who was guiding all the customers for there turn, I wound this process very impressive.On my turn I discussed my handset issue with the front desk employee, She was very professional, She listen whole query and guided me well, I waited for half hour and my handset was ready, they checked and provided me job sheet also took the feedback.in between whole process I was asked for Water/Tea and provided several magazine and informative books.I am really very happy with the service process, employees and Center environmentThank you team OPPO for the best after sale service

I have A16k oppo. My phone is working fine, but from last night there is lining in display automatically. So I visit service centre today.They open handset in front of me. Then they changed the display in warranty. Very good experience. The best part is that they provide me free transperant back cover. Best visit ever …

I visited alwar service center today. my phone display automatically blanks. They checked and changed the display in 2 hours. Employee talked to me so politely. I am really impressed. They also told me about software update in my phone showing which I didn't notice. Very good service.

Today visited oppo service centre alwar fory broken display a53, they repaired so within 1 hrs and behaviour of staff is very cooperative and nice
