Pathetic Service I literally went to the service centre 5 times for a simple battery replacement and they were always ready with a million of excuses. Specifically that lazy female b who doesn’t know how to speak to a customer she was always forgetting to download a file for my device i went there 3 times with 5 days gap and she still forgot at that time too.

Literally the worst service and service centre. They don't even pickup the call or if you reach there they won't provide you enough details. I think the mechanics aren't quite trained or if trained then just don't want to work there. Your experience will be quite bad here. If possible visit another service centre where possible
