Totally satisfied with the service. My Oppo Enco Air buds had a noise problem, and then I went there to show the problem and they check the problem and ask for the accessories with box, after some days they call to take new one. Thankyou.

The policy for warranty started that the waranty date started long before I purchased my product, this making the warranty expired even though there was no mention of the policy why purchasing the product, according to the date on the warranty card I still have 2 months of warranty left but it doesn't seem to work that way for oppo.

Loved the service provided and the staff was very kind and understanding, very eager to help and solve my problems . My enco air 2 buds had an issue on the left side and stopped working and to my surprise when i brought it in for fixing (as it was within warranty) they gave me the a new one in the exact model ✨ Very impressed with service center and would definitely recommend
