The service is very dirty. The lady staff sitting at the complaint desk is talking to the customer on a video call on her mobile phone. It takes 1:30 minutes to visit this service center just for an estimate. And if you ask the staff, every time, sir only talks for 5 minutes. But I have never experienced the most wasteful service in my life and the wasteful ladies staff in this store. The service is really useless. I really want to give a review, but this staff is not worthy.

Worst service ever I saw. Customer care saying go to service center they will give solution or exchange to your phone. Even though my phone is in 30 days replacement scheme but they don't even give me solution. And worst staff ever. Don't buy oppo phone and never visit this service center

Worst experienceActually my device was in boot loop and I visited this service center twice on Saturday but the staff says it requires time to check and told me to come on Monday. I did that as well and I got to know from them that I will need to replace the motherboard and combo of the device which will cost me around 7000. So I didn’t repair that on service center. But I was thinking to show that mobile to local repairing shop and I went and he repaired my mobile in just 1200 rupees. and issue was not of motherboard it is of software updation which was very easy in service center but this service center only tries to make the pocked of their customer empty. Will suggest to never ever go to this place.

If google would allow i would give negative rating. Visit this place if you want to experience third class service. The ladies at the reception counter just don't care what if your issue. They are just chitchatting with each other or playing on their own mobile phones. Owner needs to teach them what is courtesy talks. The service centre guys are a bunch of arrogant and full of attitude people. They provide commercially unviable quotes and unrealistic times. Just for replacing broken glass of my Oppo mobile they said it will take 5 to 6 days!. Avoid this service centre at all cost.

My oppo A9 cellphone gets restarted again and again so I went to this showroom.They format my phone and handover me.But phone agian restarting simultaniously so I went agian for same issue they format again phone again doing same issue.Lastly they told me your phone has CPU issues and will coast 7500 cost for repairing I ask why so much cost they said if motherboard single part was damaged we will not repaired we will change whole motherboard.Worst service oppo service centre is not giving up to the mark service to the customers.
