OPPO Service Center in Pen

Google search says this service center is open on Sundays. Even Oppo's official website says it is "Open on Weekends" but when you actually go there on Sunday even at 11 AM, they say come on weekdays between 9:30 AM to 5 PM. This is how they provide service to customers. Highly disappointed...

Good Service and quality repairs. Except the lady at the reception. even when there is facility of paying by all means, she ask for card or cash only. Everything else is good.

Poor service I have ever seen... #Oppo I brought my new phone Oppo A53 on 22nd September, 2020, on 12th Oct evening my phone got off as I was busy and couldn't charge, as soon as it got off I put my phone on charging but it wasn't Getting charged, I tried with another charger also but it wasn't getting charged, next day noon my husband went to nearest oppo service centre that is Oppo Inlead Electronics Private Limited located at bhosari Alandi road, they checked the phone and said battery is drained and your phone is alright. Again day before yesterday night my phone got off and same thing happened my phone was not getting charged and my husband went to same oppo service centre and they said is due to water damage but it's not possible cause we took this for business purpose and we keep it at shop only. I asked the sevice center person to show the CCTV footage of what they checked inside but they denied, we feel it's serviceman fault as he just showed the red mark but it can be done by just touching a drop of liquid, we just wanted a proof cause from our side it's not water damage, one more thing if it's due to water damage than phone should not get charged when it's on also, the service person is hiding there fault.. there is charging problem when the phone gets off. phone is not getting charged if it gets off due to low battery... It's a manufacturing defect according to my knowledge there is 100% table replacement if it's manufacturing defect within a month but they don't want to give me replacement so they are giving me nonsense reasons about phone....

Today I have visited theire oppo bhosari,after checking my mobile oppo A5 .My Mobile is in warranty period they told me that we will give you replace display due to the lining on display as free.They has changed display aslo saying you will get call from our team and give us 5 rating .after receiving they has taken back my oppo a5 told and pay Rs.3500 .Note possible warranty period .she is demanding before collect pay your payment.i replied to her how i can pay before the check of my mobile.Oppo has very poorest service .They didnt give me my GST Bill .Iwill suggest to you don.t go there and you can visit other oppo service center in pimpri.

One of the best place to handle service issues and buy genuine parts for oppo phones. This branch also supports and attends phone calls of customers during the their working hours punctually. The service team is excellent with lot of support & gratitude towards customers.
