Worst servicesDo not give appropriate information. If the device is having problem with in 1 month of buying then also they do not give replacement and also do not convey problem information about the device to the coustomer. Please do not buy any oppo device. Special oppo reno 13 and 13 pro the device are facing software issue and service do not fix it

This is official Oppo service center located at Star mall 2nd floor . It's in Dadar west near Plaza cinema and Shivaji Mandir theatre. Visited this service center for my Oppo Eco buds. They taken my Buds checked the problem and given me the worksheet for further process.Then on whatsapp got the regular updates ,regarding the current status and resolution. Miss priyanka done the good work and handled situation very well.Got new buds within 4-5 days so happy with the service.

Oppo is really the best in after sales service as well...
