Dear Oppo Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Boisar West service centre regarding my recently purchased Oppo Reno 12 Pro. Despite spending ₹42,000 on a premium device, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of basic service standards. The service centre did not have a proper setup to apply the screen guard on my device. When I revisited the centre, I was informed that the screen guard was out of stock altogether. This kind of negligence and lack of readiness from an authorized Oppo service centre is completely unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the brand and is a frustrating experience for a customer who has chosen your flagship model. I am visiting oppo service centre yesterday Excellent service my mobile oppo 19s display was broken i entered the service centre in boisar there was a smiley girl seating in front area she just welcome me and sloved my problem I wish her gud luck she was beautiful too , the girl name is heena thanks for the best service and solve my problem
