Very bad experience with this service centre. I had buyed oppo enco air 3 pro after few time some glitches was showing so I go to this service centre the service centre person told we will replace your earphone within few days 1week goes on they haven't call then we have to call then to get update about my earphone so they told some software update was there that's way it was having glitches and after collecting my earphone at home what I see that they have given me wrong bill they given me bill of oppo enco buds 2 of someone else such a big mistake. And the service that I have recieved was very very very bad. Pls read my message and improve your service

I visited this centre on 3-Feb-2024, to get my phone troubleshot for weak sound coming from its receiver speaker. As opposed to my assumption to be charged excessively for an unnecessary repair (as most phone repair shops do), they just cleaned the speaker grill and the sound was back to its normal level.They did not charge anything for this and; Up to my surprise they also gave a free silicon cover for my phone for visiting their centre, which delighted me.The staff was communicative, polite and eager to help.I couldn’t provide my fredback to OPPO survey team, because of a mistake I made while giving my phone number to them. Hence, writing this review to compliment their commendable service!Keep up the good work team!
