Worst experience on a service center, too much attitude, no co-operation, they even change the purchase date of product by themselves and behave like they are gonna pay for the repair instead of the company. Better buy samsung or call their helpline number, these guys won't help

There is no value of time 1st time is visited there they took 2hrs for mobile downgrade and also when I asked for silicon cover for my device oppo f21 pro 5g they said they will inform me within a week but no response received from their side. I had waited for many days. And after 2 months I again visit but same thing happened they don't have. Also my heating problem is not solved. although staff behaviour is good hope oppo look after this issue
