(Didi ka behaviour bahoot bekaar hai) Wrost among all of the service centres as i just ask the ma'am who is sitting in front of me about service day and she rudely replied that "there is no such service day happens in 10th to 12th date of the month " she replied very badly behaviour is disgusting and she didn't know anything about the service day which was mentioned on the official website of oppo she just refused it and said that if you have any issue just call the customer care and take me in conference she doesn't even know that we cannot talk to customer care in conference although she is a employee in oppo service centreI highly recommend to oppo to educate the staff or if they are like that behaviour just remove themThankyou, hopefully you will take some action about it....

I recently visited here with the hope of getting my Oppo Enco Air Buds 2 Pro solution within the warranty period. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff denied my request without proper explanation and failed to respond to my concerns appropriately.I expected a more customer-centric approach, especially during a warranty claim. The lack of transparency and communication left me disappointed. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer satisfaction in the future.

Excellent Service center. The staff is friendly and well behaved. They straight forwardly describe the problem and the solution and don't behave like "It will cost much" "we can't do it".Air conditioned place, have a television and magazines to pass time while you wait.Although the executive asked us to wait for an hour but the issue was resolved in under half an hour.
