Not helpful. My phone display was not working and i went to get a solution/ advice for the same. There were 5 staff seated comfortably at the station. The waiting area is well kept, however it was empty when i visited. The staff appeared to be least interested in solving, just commented that they dont have spares for phone models of 5+years. No solution or alternatives. Period.

Please do not buy Oppo phones. After one year of use it will have some complaints due to very poor quality only the outer body looks cool other are very cheap materials and they will charge you high price to change it when the warranty is over and make simple excuse like the set has some scratches so we can't claim the warranty like that.. I have two experiance now I bought two oppo phones one for my sister and one for mine both the phone have board issue after one year. And they are saying phone have scratches I will provide the photo of my phone and please check that picture. And check any scratch is there or not and once again don't go to this showroom there behaviour is so rude when you question them.
