I realized that I forgot to rate this store, and I wanted to share my experience. Although it was difficult to locate the store, the service I received was exceptional. My phone suffered from a damaged and cracked screen, which caused a purple color to gradually spread over the display. By the time I arrived at the store, the damage was about to fill the whole display, but the staff promptly checked and repaired my phone within three hours. I was impressed with their efficiency and friendly attitude. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this store.

Recently I went to the service centre for checking the heat issue and some problems with call settings. I was attended immediately by the staff and rectified my problem within the time frame. They have even gave me advices for taking better care of my handset. I am extremely pleased with the behaviour and politeness of the staffs and the neatness is highly appreciated. Today I had some doubts regarding the settings which I couldn't rectify by myself,so I called to the service centre and asked.Within a couple of minutes they cleared my doubts and my phone is working perfectly. When the software was updated, the line appeared on the display, when I went to the service center, the technician said it was physical issue without even checking. And they ask me to pay cash for service , there is not even a scratch on my phone then why i give money to service, there is no mistake from my side, Display line appeared due to software update issue

I visited the service center for a replacement display screen due to a green line issue on my OPPO RENO 7 Pro, which occurred within the warranty period. After one year, I encountered an issue with the back glass. I sought assistance at the OPPO Service Center in Dindigul, where I was informed that the issue was caused by adhesive material used not provided by the company.I then contacted the service center in Pathanamthitta, and they assured me that they would address the issue. However, their service is only available from Monday to Friday, which necessitated taking time off work and traveling nearly 600 kilometers to rectify the mistake they had made. While they were able to fix the problem, I remain uncertain about the longevity of the solution and whether any other issues may arise in the future.

Recently my phone oppo a31 display was broken and i gave to oppo service centre pathanamthitta.while collecting information the front desk staff asked my phone's password.She said it is to check the display if it is working or not. I told her I will be there and open the phone if required .But since she told I thought it would be ok and safe to give password and I gave that. Now I am lil worried if any kind of data will be misused in any way.But apart from that service was good.

I had been to the shop. The staffs were polite. The only problem with my phone was that the glue of the display screen was weak. The function were perfect. They even checked my unit but still adviced me to change the full display. Is it the policy of oppo.
