Had bad experience at oppo service center. Staffs not even asking what is the issue or what is my need.And i wasted my time there for nothing.They need to improve all these for customer satisfaction and customer need.if a customer enter to the showroom they used to be treated well.so everyone in the showroom is responsible for that.Because a customer dont know dont have enough knowledge for there is a two promoters and emi staffs and mobile technician etc.. so do care ur customers well the way they expect at least their need is to be cleared.
