Plzz don't buy mobile from here the worst customer care and worst experience of my life ..I literally throwed my phone in the driange in front of oppo ..that Recently i took a mobile from there after one week display gone and they repaired it then after 5 months again the same problem .they are not at all Listening to our problem without inspection they claimed as physical damage there is no scratch or dent or not not in the corner..it's clearly evident that the it's internal panel damage amalod display damage...they are not even telling the reason why they denied guarantee... When we said there is no damage in the display or screen card they even told that we may changed the screen card after fallen form our hand ... according to consumer low we customer has the right to know about the reason why they denied guarantee ..such a worst customer service..they don't have any proof why they said that it's physical damage not even a single scratch in the display...after that incident when ever we hear oppo we get the image like a theif who stole money from us ...they are claiming that it's not their fault even after we told that it's the 2 nd time we faced same issue....FORGET ABOUT WARRENTY And GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN YOU TAKE MOBILE FROM THIS SHOPAnd good bye oppo the worst brand and the worst customer service
