Service is good but the service center is on the 3rd floor so it's hard for aged people to use the staircase. Receptionist is a bit slow but good service. No battery recycling method.. We have to carry the old battery

For old people it's hard to use a staircase... At the 3rd floor and hard to find. The office staff is a bit slow and takes so much time. Other than that everything is good. There service too.
