The worst Customer Service. They are not even confident about their work and trying to avoid the customer. I went there just to replace my volume control buttons and power button, and they shamelessly telling me, when they try to remove backcover, may be the display will get damage and it need to be done in customer risk. Then how these people are professionals?? Don’t know why these hell people are having the badge of oppo. I prefer some local shops better than going here. Pathetic condition.

Disaster! It's been more than one week now I never got any replies regarding my warranty item. Staffs are bit picky about customers. If they wants to deny your claim they'll try their best to do so. Even the security guard throws the attitude of owning the place. Low parking space, because this store is located in front of a hospital.

My experience was good. One of the best service center for a standard international brand in Calicut. Maybe in Kerala or India too. Customer dealings was pleasant and nice. The staffs were polite and professional. They were decent and customer friendly. No money looting kind of attitude as shown by a few authorised service centers of some other brands. I am telling this because, I have experienced such kind of attitude from various authorised service centers of other brands. I guess, it depends on the people or the company maintaining the authorised service centers for that brand. Here, it looks like the company is directly maintaining it without a middle-person. The staffs were very nice in managing the crowd and the people. It was nice to see them politely making the people wait when they were approaching the desk and starting to talk without caring that there is another customer being dealt. I mean, no grocery store like situation where a person starts to order vegetables when another person's vegetables are being taken by the shopkeeper. They also made sure not to forget calling the waiting customers right when their turn arrived, without any lag. This ensured that every customer gets a fair experience. It was good to observe them doing that correctly in first-come-first-served basis. You have to show your bill of purchase or device's IMEI number (available in phone's box) before they undertake repair. That's a very good thing, because it prevents theives from repairing a stolen mobile phone with brand's quality parts and using it. So, if you buy a phone, please always take care of the invoice and the box. Warranty card also, if the device is within warranty. They'll accept the repair if you show the photo of the invoice or portion of the box containing the IMEI number. If the phone is not too old, you can get the invoice from the shop you purchased, if that shop is a prominent one (like myG, Image etc). You just need to provide them the month and year of purchase and/or the mobile number that you provided while purchasing.I had to repair my Oppo Reno 6 5G, of which's display was damaged due to an accident. It costed me 9300 rupees for the display and 1000 rupees for the back cover. They told me the price beforehand. There's 6 months warranty provided for the display. They returned me the replaced parts in the boxes of the new parts that are fitted. These things ensured me that replaced parts are perfectly original and that there is no fraud. For those who may not know, there are some standards associated with repairing phones that are followed. They have to enter the details, register the service and place order for parts if any, in the company's website. This mechanism do ensures that damaged parts are only replaced with the original spares.I hope, these good standards will be maintained as usual. There can be many Oppo customers who may have various mostly-unlikely-to-happen problems with their smartphones.

Very very bad service... Last week I visited this service center and asked them to update my OPPO F3 plus.. The OS which I had in my phone at that time was Android Naugat.. I gave my phone to the service center innthe morning and when I came back late in the evening and asked for my phone they gave my phone back with Android Marshmallow installed in it which is an outdated OS.. Instead of installing a new update they have installed an older version and gave some atupid excuse for the mistake they have committed.. What a pitty...
