Very very bad service. Bought an iPhone charger and it broke within 2 days.No replacement or refund for the faulty charger.I am very dissatisfied.

Very Bad service. i would rather rate 0.1 star out of 5 just because i cant write review without rating.I gave my OPPO phone due to colorOS recovery problem. I mentioned this to the receiptionist when I gave the phone to her. She said it needs to be checked anyway. I agreed. she said she will get back the next day. No phone calls, no response to my calls both on Landline and Mobile. After repeated followups. i get a call saying. problem is in software but latest version of firmware is not available easily. If needed it has to be gotten from special website which will cost Rs1800 to 3800. After visiting the service center I was charged Rs350 and told that the problem is in software and hardware and mother board too....WOW. Some technical expertise they have. Next they gave back the phone and told that i will get a discount if i give them the same phone for service if i cant get it repaired else where.I went to a NON EXCLUSIVE SERVICE CENTER. problem was in volume up down strip and it costed me Rs.300.I Urge the owner of this establishment to be more honest and think about long term customer relationship. Else ....you will lose customers.

Worse service .. plz guy's don't give ur hadset here for repair , worse response from their side and poor quality parts are used . My phones display was replaced for 4.5k and with in one day its originality was proven . I revolted back but the experience was very bad and its now 2 weeks my phone is in their centre still not yet done with the repair and they are still postponing the date to the nxt week ... guy's plz bee safe sont pay the bill untill its its originality is proven by their side.

Worst service centre. Charging heavy price for service, but no reponsibility. Gave another mobile instead of mine, after service. But my problem is not solved. Yet they charged from me, saying I have to pay service charges.
