I had an issue with the fingerprint sensor on my Oppo A96. They did not have the part readily available. But they got the part within 2 days as promised and the repair was done within an hour. Overall good service.Very good support by Shubash and Sheriff.

This is the worst service centre I’ve ever visited.They are not listening to customer queries properly. Recently, I visited this service centre and showed them my Oppo earbuds, as they were not working properly—the audio was breaking in between, making them unusable.I explained the issue to them, and they simply said they had updated the software and that I could now use them. I checked the earbuds at the centre and informed them that they were still not working properly outdoors. However, they were only testing them indoors, within four walls, which does not reflect real usage conditions.Although the earbuds were under a 1-year warranty, the staff told me that I should capture a video of the issue and bring it to them, so they could show it to their backend team. This is not a helpful or customer-friendly approach.They were not listening to the issue properly and treated me very poorly. They wasted 3 hours of my time and provided no proper resolution.Please do not visit this service centre. It was a terrible experience.

Excellent service , had my screen of my Oppo N3 flip changed , as I had damaged it . They immediately ordered the replacement screen and I walked in the next day and the screen was replaced.Very happy with the level of service .Mr Shariff handled the service very ably.
