Staffs is good but the parts availablity of phone is very bad as bad can it be. My story- my Oppo Reno 7 pro blue back panel is not coming for a while. Please oppo send blue back panel to this service center so I can get fix my phone.

Well the employees here are kind and very helpful but some will find it not comfortable but you'd understand if you've ever done a job like them. They are there to convince the customer for their damage or whatever theirs problem and give best customer service to the public.They also have to follow the company's rules and regulations.I visited this place because there's some problem in my earbuds.They said we'll have to send it to the main branch of the company (Delhi) and it will take about a week but it's been a 2 weeks there's no response so I talked to the senior to the head branch and under 30 minutes they gave me a new seal packed Earbuds.I have also visited this place before with the same problem with same earbuds and they changed it within 24 hours.So, sometimes it's not that better but some time it is.
