Oppo Care Service was nice when we visited their to repair our oppo mobile there was not too much crowd and Their employees was also very Polite And they Are not Rude so I am Leaving 4 Stars

First of all its really difficult to find the service centre, second thing the staff is not nice,arrogant and charges u a lot for no reason,asks you for additional charges out of nowhere and they will act as if they are doing this huge favour to u but actually its their job to do so, they create unnecessary faults orr problems which are Not even present in your phone and will misguide you,they will take days and days to repair your phone even if. Its a small problem.. ITS BETTER TO GO TO A MARKET OR A NORMAL SHOP TO GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED INSTEAD OF GOING TO THE SSERVICE CENTRE.

I'm visited service centre on 16 Feb 2021 regarding my New phone oppo A54. Exutive say that my phone is warranty and my phone main camera is not working properly. He say part is not aviable in service centre.its aviable with in week but I'm visited 2 to 3 time. Same answer. I think I'm buying oppo phone is wast of money. Also I am not suggest to any buy oppo company phone. Thank you
