Executives have very bad behaviour. Even after showing my problem right in front, they say they want to use my device for a week. Ese behave karte hai jaise saalo ko khud ki pocket se kharch karna pad rha hai. And the owner replying to this review is also just completing the formalities only. I know that No action would be taken against these HARAMKHOR employees of this service centre. Completely Dissatisfied

I recently bought a Bluetooth earphones from amazon which stopped working in a month. When I contacted this service center, the person literally scratched and tried to open the body of the earphone and said it's already damaged and opened and he can't accept it.I tried to get into his senses that why would I open the earphone when I know it's under warranty and can be replaced.But even after my repeated requests he didn't accept the earphones.I felt like cheated!Worst after sale service experience ever! won't recommend this service center at all!

Always spare parts are not available . Tag line : Sir aapko wait karna padega . No call response . Visit again n again for same issue . Untill your phone is under warranty they can't catch the exact issue and when warranty period is over they will catch the main issue instantly.M facing again n again hang issue , camera clarity issue n still condition is same .

World top worst service given by OPPO, working mobile handover to staff they give me Dead phone and refuse to say sorry , Such a disappointing behaviour and work done by Oppo, Whole life never recommend oppo to anyone. Waste of money as well as time.Say No to Oppo.
